• President of the Board requirements regarding the CEO annual review:

  1. July – Chief Human Resources Officer to provide President with review form (President to provide to all Directors to individually populate) as well as CEO salary history to consider by the end of July.

  2. August – President to provide review form to all Directors to individually populate and return by the end of August.

  3. September – President to consolidate all Directors’ feedback into one form and develop proposal regarding CEO raise/bonus and development items for the upcoming year to present to Board of Directors at September Board Meeting.  Board to discuss and vote on the final decision.  President to communicate the decision to Chief Human Resources Officer immediately after Board votes for timely application of raise and bonus.

  4. September – President to meet with CEO in person to deliver annual review and discuss raise and bonus as well as an action plan for the upcoming year by the end of the month. President to submit a copy of the signed review to Chief Human Resources Officer.

 

• CEO requirements regarding the CEO annual review:

  1. Mid-year – provides an update on performance measures at Board meeting

  2. July – provide update and year end expectations to Board to prepare Board for evaluations going into final September Board meeting

  3. August – CEO will complete self-evaluation and submit to Board Chair by the first week of August.
