ABOUT EASTERSEALS


We are one of 69 affiliates of what has become National Easterseals, with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. Easterseals Central and Southeast Ohio, Inc. serves children and adults with disabilities in 28 central and southeast Ohio counties.  We are the largest provider of autism-related services in the country.  Together, we serve 1.5M people through best-in-class programs including autism services, early intervention, adult day, and more.

Pandora Shaw-Dupras
CEO

Inspirational. Dedicated. Decisive. Innovator. Compassionate. Advocate. 

Pandora began with Easterseals in 2005 starting as Program Manager in Chillicothe with the Adult Day Program. She has been CEO since 2011.  Pandora resides in Chillicothe with her husband Rob and their rescue dogs. 

 

She is a graduate of Ohio University.  She is the guardian/power of attorney/advocate for two men with developmental disabilities.

Kristy Emch-Roby
Chief Development Officer

Faith. Creativity. Kindness. Each Day Matters.  

Kristy brings over 20 years of experience in fundraising and more than a decade at Easterseals.  She charges the efforts behind Marketing and Development, but also the State Long Term Care Ombudsman, Chance to Dance, Ohio Governor’s Imagination Library, and Discovery Garden programs. 

 

Kristy has a BS Degree in Communications from Ohio University and passionately believes in the work of Easterseals.

Toni Mason 
Chief Human Resources Officer

Approachable.  Honest. Trustworthy. Kind. Positive. Respectful.

Toni started her career with Easterseals in 2010 as the Intern Human Resources Manager.  The experience and knowledge she has contributed to the organization quickly elevated her role to the Senior Team as Director of Human Resources. 

 

Toni attended Franklin University for Business Management.

 

Toni resides in Orient, close to her 2 children and 5 grandchildren.

Melissa Kuhn
Director of Adult Community Services

Drive. Trustworthy. Compassionate. Supportive. Dedicated. Fair. 

Melissa began with Easterseals in 2006. She started her journey in the Adult Day Program as a Habilitation Specialist.  In she accepted the role of Adult Day Program Manager.  Melissa's passion and knowledge helped her to excel in her field. In 2011, she became the Community Services Manager for Ross County. Her continued dedication excelled her in becoming the Director of Adult and Community services in 2018.

Melissa resides in Londonderry Ohio with her husband Dan and their daughter Morgan.

 

"I am thankful for the work I do here at Easterseals. We are able to give the clients a place to come during the day where they can learn new skills and have fun in a safe environment. We can help them and their families reach their goals. Easterseals has impacted many people's lives in a positive manner, while helping them live, work and play in their community."
